Verified Sellers
Verified sellers are those users who have provided their full physical address and have agreed to have it verified by Five Markt. By doing so, they demonstrate that they are willing to trade online to the highest standards and that they do not intent to defraud customers in any way.

Ratings
The ratings can be received only by the sellers and reflect the quality of the services offered by them. Thus, after each transaction, the buyers can give detailed ratings in which to note the transport costs practiced by the sellers, the delivery time, the accuracy of the description or the communication. This way every new FiveMarkt buyer can have a clear and detailed picture of the seller before purchasing a product.

Verified Sellers offer the Delivery Guarantee
If a seller offers for its customers the Delivery Guarantee, it means that it has nothing to hide and offers its customers the best products. If the product does not correspond to the description, you have 72 hours to return it and we will give you your money back.

In the case of parcels sent in the Refund system, Five Markt does not assume any responsibility for the contents of the parcels.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period of returning a Good or giving up a Service expires within 14 days from:

– the day on which the Buyer enters into physical possession of the last Good – if the Buyer orders through a single order multiple products that will be delivered separately
